Continuing Education Requirements
The continuing education requirements for various types of licensing are listed below:

| Property and Casualty only (Codes J,K, And L) | 24 hours of approved property and casualty courses |
| Life, Health and Accident only (Code A, B, and C) | 16 hours of approved life, health and accident courses |
| Life, Health, and Accident and Property and Casualty | 12 hours of life, health and accident courses, and 20 hours of property and casualty courses |
| Bail Bonds | 12 hours of bail bond courses |
All continuing education courses must be taken within the renewal period which begins
on May 1st and ends on April 30th for the two year renewal period.
Non-Resident Licensees must meet the continuing education requirements of their state of resident. The Letter of Certification submitted with the renewal application must indicate that they have complied with the continuing education requirements in their resident state.
