Senior Health Insurance Information Program

The Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) provides free and confidential counseling services either by phone or in person regarding Medicare coverage options, rights and benefits. We are committed to helping seniors find answers to their Medicare health insurance questions.

Counselors are also able to provide information on Long Term Care Insurance, general Medicaid information, and to assist with Medicare claims and appeals.

SHIIP counselors will be visiting cities across the state this spring presenting their Medicare 101 seminar, a class designed to help Medicare beneficiaries better understand their policy. See below for dates and locations.
