Data Call for Hurricane Laura

The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is requiring all authorized property and casualty insurers, including insurers that write private and/or excess flood insurance coverage and surplus lines insurers, to complete the claims reporting Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet can be found below. Return it to the LDI by emailing the spreadsheet to HurricaneLauraData@ldi.la.gov.

The table below outlines the schedule for data call submissions. Only claims relating to Hurricane Laura for Louisiana policies should be reported; non-catastrophe claims should be excluded. The first report is due Friday, October 30, 2020 for claims reported as of Friday, October 23, 2020.
